• A deposit is fully refundable if the client cancels at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Services once performed are non-refundable.
• Where a refund applies, it is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

PayFast cancellation/refund reversals are honoured for any approved refund.
